Three Lines Studio is handmade jewelry by artist Silvija Koschnick. Silvija's jewelry is inspired by the natural materials she works with, from high quality gemstones to antique and ancient components from around the world.  She works out of her studio in Northeast Ohio.

Will you make a custom piece?

I am happy to discuss working with you on a custom project!  I offer a free 15 minute consultation followed by an estimate for cost and time.  Please contact me at hello@threelinesstudio.com 

Can you adjust the length of a necklace?

Yes, I'm happy to make a small adjustment within a couple of inches.  Email me with your request or leave a note in the comments section at checkout with the length you'd like. If you're looking for a more substantial alteration, contact me regarding a custom piece at hello@threelinesstudio.com

How do I choose a length for my necklace?

Use a necklace that you already like, and find out how long it is. You can also use string with a weight on it. Also remember that the lengths listed on my website are the lengths of the chain not including the pendant. 

What if the design I want is sold out, or I no longer see it on the website?

Most of my jewelry is one-of-a-kind but email me and I’ll see what I can do!

What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, though there may be possible delays due to the Covid pandemic.

Custom pieces will take 1-2 weeks to create and ship out.

I offer free First Class USPS shipping on all orders over $100.  If your order is under $100, you can choose between First Class USPS mail or Priority mail, which comes with $50 of insurance. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping method, add insurance, or a signature confirmation please email me at hello@threelinesstudio.com

What is Your Return and Exchange Policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, I will be glad to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 business days of package delivery.

To return your purchase, please contact me for shipping information and use delivery/signature confirmation when shipping a return to my studio. 

Please ship your jewelry in a small box or a padded envelope with extra bubble wrap. Jewelry in flat, letter envelopes will be smashed by postal service roller-machines.

What happens if I lose an earring? 

First, email me with a picture of your earring and I’ll see if I can replace it. If I can make a match, I'll quote you a price and you can mail me the earring so that I can create an accurate, exact match.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

I am happy to repair your Three Lines Studio jewelry. Email me with a picture and I'll let you know if a repair is possible and how much it will cost.
